We require a 50% deposit to start the production of your order.
You need to pay the remaining 50% balance payment, one day prior to delivery date.
Delivery dates and lead times are estimates only, based on production schedules at the time of the order, and are subject to change. Production cannot begin and lead times cannot be calculated until the acceptance of the order which includes: receipt of the required deposit, confirmation of any changes, modification or approval to the original order. All changes/modification should be approved and signed by the client/you.
Casa Deco products are handcrafted and can have minor variations. All dimensions can have slight variations.
You may not cancel your order after we have received the deposit. We accept no cancellation or refund on custom made products. There is no refund if you cancel your order.
You are responsible for the careful selection of Products you order (e.g. Products fit in your house).
We will only repair or replace faulty products.
We will pack and deliver your products in accordance with our Standards free of charge. An additional fee will be charged if you require any special packing or delivery method.
You should inspect all the goods upon delivery. You should denote any damages or defects on the “Outgoing inspection report”
If you see any problem, you should send us photographs showing the products with defects within 24 hours of delivery.
We only deliver in Dhaka. In case of delivery outside Dhaka, You (Client) would need to arrange the delivery from your end.
We are not responsible for damages caused by any third party during unloading of you product.
